Day to Day Repairs

The Association carried out around 2200 routine repair jobs in 2003/2004 at an approximate cost of £220,000. Around £30,000 was spent on void repairs.

Cyclical Maintenance and Planned Renewals

This year the Association will spend around £86,000 on cyclical maintenance involving work as diverse as gas servicing and electrical safety to external window and close painting. In addition approx. £300,000 was spent on Window renewals, kitchen replacements, and our first major central heating replacement program.

The Association adheres closely to its Planned Maintenance Program and further work of a similar level is planned for the forthcoming years.
