We provide a comprehensive Property Management (Factoring) service to our owners within our developments.

Primarily, we provide estate management (grass cutting etc) and property maintenance services, in addition to maintaining the common areas of buildings.  These include:

We also provide low cost building insurance.

Factoring invoices are issued on an annual basis for common building insurance, service charges and the Association’s administration fee.  Owner occupiers who make this payment in full within 1 month, will receive a 5% discount from their bill.  Alternatively payment can be spread over 12 months, by agreement, at no additional charge.

Minor common repairs invoices are issued on a monthly basis when any repair work has been carried out.  Where any major common repair work is scheduled to take place, i.e. in excess of £2,000 per close, the Association will contact owners with estimated costs and will also arrange a meeting to provide owners with an opportunity to discuss the planned works and estimated costs

There are various methods of payment available using an ‘allpay’ card which include Direct Debit, Credit and Debit Card.  Payment can also be made in cash or by Standing Order which is available by contacting the office.
