Selling Your Home

Selling your home can be a stressful time. We will liaise with your solicitor
on your behalf to ensure the process is as trouble free as possible.
To assist us we require your solicitor to contact us 28 days in advance of
the sale providing the following information:

• your property address
• the proposed date of the sale
• the purchaser’s name(s)
• details of the purchaser’s solicitor

We will charge an administration fee of £25.00, for the provision of the
following information:

• the current outstanding balance
• details of any repairs reported but not yet invoiced
• details of any planned investment work under consideration and estimated costs
• buildings insurance information
• if applicable an estimate of any money retention required to be held by your solicitor to clear your factoring account

If your account is in credit, we will endeavour to issue a refund within 28 days
