We are continuing to monitor the daily updates on Coronavirus from Public Health Scotland, the NHS and our advisors so that we can do everything that we can to help our staff, tenants and customers stay healthy and safe.
One of our priorities is to keep delivering our services to our tenants and customers, whilst doing this in a safe environment. In order to reduce the possibility of infection we need to make some changes to how we deliver services such as limiting home visits. Each day we will review any changes that we need to make to our service delivery and we will try to reduce any impact on the services we provide.
What to do if you have symptoms?
Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms, such as:
• a high temperature
• a new, continuous cough
• Shortness of breath
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

Visits to your home or to our office
Please do not come into our office if you have Coronavirus symptoms. If you or anyone living with you are self-isolating let us know ASAP.

Rent and other payments
Just ring 0844 557 8321 and follow the instructions to make a payment. Please have your AllPay card ready.
You can also telephone our offices on 0141 435 6537 and we can take a card payment over the phone.
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the majority of debit cards are accepted. Visit www.allpayments.net and have your debit card and AllPay card handy.
When you phone to report a repair, we will ask you the following questions as we have to identify any potential risks to our contractors and staff:
• Have you had contact with anyone who may be infected with the Coronavirus?
• Do you have any of these symptoms - Cough - Fever - Shortness of breath?
• Are you or anyone who lives with your self-isolating?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, we will not be able to send a contractor to your home. We will give you as much support and advice as we can until we are in the position to fix your repair.
When you phone our out of hours emergency contractors you will also be asked the questions.

Let us try to do our best for each other; wash our hands frequently; self- isolate if we need to; support our neighbours; look out for the elderly and others at higher risk and be the best people we can be.
