While we strive to provide a first class service, we know that sometimes things do not go according to plan. And while we want residents to be completely satisfied with the service there may be times that customers are not entirely happy with our service.
We have a Complaints Policy which includes a form that should be completed and returned to us if you feel that that we have not met our high standards.
We welcome all feedback on our service and recording complaints, comments and compliments assist us in improving our service to you.
