- Beardmore House will be closed for the Easter Bank Holiday from 4pm on Thursday 02 April 2026, reopening at 09.00am on Tuesday 07 April 2026.

To report an emergency repair call 0141 952 2447 and choose the option to transfer your call to Hiflow (for Gas heating & Plumbing) or West Dunbartonshire Council (for all other repairs)

The Scottish Housing Regulator has updated their complaints and serious concerns information for tenants, to make it clearer and easier to use. It explains how to raise an issue, what happens next, the standards you can expect and where to get support. We at DPHA are committed to getting things right for our community!
