Factoring

We provide a comprehensive Property Management service to our owners within our developments.

Primarily, we provide estate management (grass cutting etc) and property maintenance services, in addition to maintaining the common areas of buildings.  These include:

  • Common repairs
  • Common close maintenance
  • Close cleaning
  • Common lighting
  • Maintenance of play areas

We also provide low cost building insurance.

Factoring invoices are issued on an annual basis for common building insurance, service charges and the Association’s administration fee.  Owner occupiers who make payment in full within 28 Days, will receive a 5% discount.  Alternatively payment can be spread over 12 months, by direct debit, at no additional charge.

Minor common repair invoices are issued on a quarterly basis.  Where any major common repair work is scheduled to take place, i.e. in excess of £2,000 per close, the Association will contact owners with estimated costs and will also arrange a meeting to provide owners with an opportunity to discuss the planned works, costs and payment options.

Debit and Credit Cards are accepted as payment methods. Direct Debits can also be set up for annual factoring costs.
