DPHA is ‘registered’ with the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) which was established by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010. The SHR's objective is to safeguard and promote the interests of current and future tenants, homeless people and other people who use services provided by social landlords. The Regulatory Framework sets out how the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) monitors, assesses and intervenes in the work of social landlords

Significant Performance Failures
At Dalmuir Park Housing Association, our mission is to provide safe, high‑quality homes and services you can trust — and that includes listening when something goes wrong.
If something isn’t right — big or small — we want you to feel able to tell us.
The Scottish Housing Regulator has updated their complaints and serious concerns information for tenants, to make it clearer and easier to use. It explains how to raise an issue, what happens next, the standards you can expect, and where to get support.
We’re committed to getting things right for our community.
