Rent Consultation 2026/27 – Now Open
Each year we review our rents and set new rents from the 28th March of the following year. We always consult with our tenants on proposed increases and ask for views before making a final decision.
This year we are asking your views on a 5.3% or 5.8% rent increase. Please see the links below for a copy of our consultation leaflet that you will have received by email or in the post.

This Consultation will run until Monday 5th January and the results will be reported back to the Board of Management on 27th January 2026 where the final decision on the rent increase will be agreed.
